Controller and contact
The controller is Procesni inženiring d.o.o., Tovorna ulica 7, 3000 Celje, Slovenia. For questions about data processing or rights requests, email info@procesni.si.
Enquiry data
When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, company, email address, phone number if provided, area of interest, message, language and submission time. We use these to answer your question, discuss technical requirements and prepare an offer. Where your enquiry involves steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For business communications on behalf of a company, we rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to respond and cooperate with business partners. Required contact details are needed to submit this form; you can also contact us directly. Newsletter subscription is not a condition of making an enquiry. For orders and enquiries, email inquiries@procesni.si.
Enquiry retention
We retain data while handling your enquiry and preparing an offer. Once communication ends, data is retained only as necessary to document agreements and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If a business relationship follows, data is retained for contractual, accounting and other legal obligations. When you request erasure, we check whether a legal basis for continued retention exists and delete the data if it does not.
Website operation and security
We use technical session data to operate forms and protect the website. Server logs may record IP addresses, access times, requested URLs and browser details. The purpose is to maintain operation, prevent abuse and diagnose errors, relying on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use this data for advertising profiling.
Access to data
Access is limited to authorised personnel at Procesni Inženiring and, where needed, contracted hosting, maintenance and electronic communications providers. We do not sell your data. Before any processing requiring a transfer outside the European Economic Area, we must ensure an appropriate legal basis and safeguards and update this notice accordingly.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Send requests to info@procesni.si. You may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner at www.ip-rs.si. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Subscribe to our newsletter
Subscribing is voluntary and requires separate consent. We do not automatically use enquiry data for marketing. Data, retention and withdrawal are explained in our separate policy: Privacy policy for marketing and newsletters.
