Recuperative thermal oxidation

Is an oxidation device that uses a transmission system to utilize the generated heat.

In the recuperative process the device emits hot gases that can then be used for technological purposes.

Such a devices is usually built into dryers where there is a presence of solvents and dust particles.

The overall thermal efficiency can be extremely comparable with the RTO efficiency!

The transmission system can be made from a lager quantity of consecutive transmission pipes. In the initial bunches the pipes are bent to further add to the lifespan of the transmitters.

Simple doors are built into the frame of the pipes to ensure transmission system maintenance; these enable a basic overview during refitting.
